Spagyric elixirs are herbal extracts. They were used by the alchemists of old to enhance their physical and spiritual wellbeing. This site provides instructions for the preparation of these herbal extracts.
The Seven Spagyric Elixirs correspond to the seven days of the week. For example, Sunday uses a solar herb such as Sundew. Monday, ruled by the Moon, uses a lunar herb like Blue Flag. A table of correspondences for the days of the week, their rulers and examples of herbs, is found on the herbal correspondences page.
This site will give you basic instructions concerning the preparation of the elixirs. In addition some of the common herbs will be discussed, their rulership and their uses. When you have completed the work, you will have produced seven elixirs. Each elixir may be used on its corresponding day.
